Fees and Appointments

Investing in your voice

Whether you're seeking voice therapy, vocal coaching or specialist support for a young performer, every journey begins with understanding your voice and your goals.

At Vocolove, appointments are designed to provide personalised, evidence-informed care in a calm, boutique environment. We intentionally keep our caseload small to ensure every client receives the time, attention and continuity they deserve.

Appointment Fees

Initial Voice Assessment

$180 | 45 minutes

Every new client begins with an Initial Voice Assessment.

Whether you're seeking vocal coaching, have been referred for voice therapy, or are looking for support for a young performer, this appointment allows us to understand your voice, your goals and your individual needs before recommending the most appropriate pathway. You'll receive a written assessment summary, personalised recommendations and a plan for ongoing support.

If you've already been referred by an ENT, GP or another health professional for Voice Therapy, this appointment serves as the first stage of your assessment. Depending on your history, symptoms and referral information, further clinical assessment may be recommended to ensure a comprehensive understanding of your voice and to guide your treatment plan.

Suitable for:

  • Voice Therapy

  • Vocal Coaching

  • Young Voices

Standard Consultation

$165 | 45 minutes + 15 minutes practitioner notes

Follow-up appointments are tailored to your individual pathway and may include voice therapy, vocal coaching, performance preparation, vocal health, rehabilitation or communication training.

What is included?

Every appointment includes:

  • Individualised assessment, treatment or coaching

  • Personalised exercises and strategies

  • Written session notes

  • Home practice recommendations and practice plan emailed

  • Communication with your treating team when appropriate (with your consent)

This may include:

  • Comprehensive clinical reports

Health Fund Rebates

Vocolove voice therapy services are provided by a Certified Practising Speech Pathologist.

Many private health funds provide rebates for eligible speech pathology services. Rebates vary between funds and levels of cover. We recommend contacting your health fund directly to confirm your individual benefits prior to your appointment.

If your health fund requests speech pathology item codes, our standard consultation codes are:

  • Initial Consultation (Assessment) – Item 320

  • Standard Consultation (up to 45 mins) – Item 340

  • Extended Consultation – Item 350

NDIS

Voice therapy services may be available for participants with self-managed or plan-managed NDIS funding where appropriate. Please contact us before booking if you would like to discuss your funding or determine whether our services are the right fit.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice may incur the full consultation fee. This policy allows us to offer appointment times to other clients waiting for support.

Appointments are available:

  • In person (Adelaide)

  • Online (Australia-wide for coaching and where clinically appropriate)
