Grounded Voices is a supportive adult group designed to help you reconnect with your voice through singing, speaking, connection and self-expression.
These guided sessions combine gentle vocal exploration, nervous-system-aware practices and community in a calm and welcoming environment. Whether you love singing, miss singing, feel nervous using your voice, or simply want a space to reconnect with yourself and others, Grounded Voices offers a safe place to explore your voice without pressure or perfection.
No experience is required.

A weekly singing group for people living with Parkinson’s.
Delivered in partnership with The Hospital Research Foundation Group (Parkinson's and Stroke).
Shout Out is a warm, empowering singing group supporting people living with Parkinson’s to strengthen their voice, breathing, communication and confidence through music.
Sessions blend vocal exercises, breathing strategies, rhythm and uplifting songs in a supportive group setting. Participants often report feeling clearer, louder, more connected, and more energised, all while enjoying a fun, social weekly routine.
This group is open, welcoming and designed to enhance quality of life through the proven benefits of group singing, movement and community connection.
